These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Riven Vessel premiere website at rivenvessel.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Site

The Site provides premiere information, an Eastern-Time countdown, artwork, and links related to Riven Vessel’s November 7, 2026 music premiere stream. Features may change, pause, or end at any time.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract where you live and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

3. Intellectual property

All Site content — including the band name, logo, poster art, photographs, text, design, and layout — is owned by Riven Vessel or used with permission. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, modify, or exploit the content without prior written permission, except for ordinary browser caching or fair use allowed by law.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not disrupt, overload, or attack the Site or its hosting
• Do not probe or bypass security controls
• Do not harvest content at scale with automated systems
• Do not misrepresent affiliation with Riven Vessel
• Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes

5. Third-party services

Links to Instagram or other services are for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.

6. Premiere information

Countdown timing is pinned to 8:00 PM Eastern Time on November 7, 2026. Stream platform and URL may be announced separately on official channels. Schedules can change. Nothing on the Site guarantees a specific platform beyond what we announce officially.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riven Vessel and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
